Is payment made directly through Match Marine?

Can I contact the provider before booking?

Yes! You can message the provider at any time before booking to ask questions or get more details about the course or experience.

What happens after I make a booking?

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details. Providers will often reach out to you independently as well.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund. After that, cancellation policies are at the providers discretion. Match Marine will always refund a customer when the provider cancels.

Do I need any experience to book an activity?
